NOTES FOR FREE PICK-UP & DELIVERY SERVICES: Conditions apply including but not limted to a minimum pick-up charge per site of $10, turn-around is not less than two days, pick-up request is to be received by 10.00 am Monday to Friday except public holidays, pick-up request received after 10.00 am is regarded as a next day advice. Payment is made by your preferred credit card.
